As a talented Social Media Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on managing and expanding artists" social media accounts while fostering collaborations with brands and agencies. Your responsibilities will include strategically enhancing the reach of artists" social media profiles across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and TikTok. You will develop and implement campaigns to boost follower engagement and visibility. Identifying and forging collaborations with brands and agencies to endorse their products/services through artists" social channels will be a key aspect of your role. Crafting and executing influencer marketing strategies in alignment with campaign objectives is also crucial. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing social media performance and generating regular reports for optimization purposes. Staying abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing is essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations. A solid understanding of social media platforms and audience growth strategies is required. Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are key, as well as a creative mindset to develop engaging campaigns.
