We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresh graduates who are interested in digital marketing, social media and interacting with people.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role opportunity involving Social Media Marketing and Sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the academy across digital platforms, generating prospective student enquiries and converting leads into course admissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

• Manage the academy's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach.
• Create basic marketing creatives using tools such as Canva.
• Explore and implement strategies to generate enquiries through social media.
• Monitor engagement, reach and campaign performance.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

• Respond to enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Explain German language courses, batches, schedules and fees to prospective students.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups.
• Build relationships with students and parents.
• Identify opportunities for increasing student enrolments.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable interacting with prospective students over phone and WhatsApp.
• Interest in social media, digital marketing and sales.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.

Knowledge of German is NOT mandatory.
