Social Media Marketing Intern

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create and publish engaging daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Maintain a weekly and monthly social media content calendar.
• Respond to comments and direct messages and forward sales enquiries to the customer care team.
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.

2. Content Creation & Graphic Designing

• Design promotional posters, banners, stories, and carousels using Canva.
• Create reels highlighting tiffin meals, kitchen operations, packaging, and deliveries.
• Prepare weekly menu announcements and subscription promotional posts.
• Write attractive captions, hashtags, and calls to action.
• Edit short videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.

3. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

• Generate genuine customer enquiries through organic social media marketing.
• Promote Budget, Premium, Diet, and Executive Club tiffin subscriptions.
• Target working professionals, students, PG residents, and corporate employees.
• Identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and social media.
• Share qualified leads with the sales team and track conversions.

4. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Support festival offers, discount campaigns, referral programs, and subscription promotions.
• Coordinate with the marketing manager on Meta advertising campaigns.
• Assist with audience research and competitor analysis.
• Research trending content formats and relevant hashtags.
• Coordinate with local food bloggers and micro-influencers for collaborations.

5. Brand Reputation & Engagement

• Monitor social media comments, customer feedback, and brand mentions.
• Encourage genuine customer-generated content and authentic Google reviews.
• Escalate complaints to the customer support department.
• Help strengthen SP FOODWORKS' digital reputation.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track followers, reach, impressions, engagement, enquiries, and leads.
• Submit weekly social media performance reports.
• Analyse which posts and reels generate the highest customer interest.
• Recommend improvements to increase lead generation and conversion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
