Job Overview

Elite Proteins is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern with knowledge of social media management, Meta Ads, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should understand how to create engaging content, run paid advertising campaigns, and support business growth through digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating social media content, captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
• Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and ad optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, including reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
• Understand lead generation, website traffic, sales campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
• Track campaign results and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and new social media marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising.
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts and campaign objectives.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign budgets, and ad creatives.
• Basic understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
• Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook page management.
• Familiarity with Canva or other basic creative tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, website conversion tracking, and retargeting is preferred.
• Good communication skills, creativity, and willingness to learn.

• Students, freshers, or candidates pursuing digital marketing courses may apply.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of Meta Ads and performance marketing will be preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
