Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Nugambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and leads
• Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media (basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut)
• Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram/LinkedIn analytics
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Creative mindset with strong written and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and reel algorithms
• Prior experience working with startups or small teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
