Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Vayam Designers is a Hyderabad-based creative studio working with brands across real estate, automotive, hospitality, and lifestyle. We operate across six divisions: Strategy, Digital, Studios, Growth, Visuals, and Industrial.

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own social media end-to-end for our Growth division clients. You will handle strategy, content, ads, community, and reporting across 3 to 5 client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for each client and the person who makes the social media work, from the plan on paper to the post going live to the performance report at month-end.

What You Will Do:

Strategy and Planning

• Build social media strategy for each client based on their business goals, audience, and category
• Define content pillars, posting frequency, and channel mix per client
• Build monthly content calendars and pitch them to clients for approval
• Identify growth opportunities (organic reach, collaborations, paid campaigns) for each account

Content Execution

• Write captions, post copy, story sequences, and reel scripts matched to each brand's voice
• Brief the in-house graphic designer and reels editor on visual deliverables
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
• Run end-to-end community management: DMs, comments, story interactions

Paid Ads and Performance Marketing

• Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for client brands
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, ad creatives, and A/B testing
• Track campaign performance and adjust based on results
• Generate and qualify leads through paid funnels where relevant

Client Management and Reporting

• Lead monthly client review meetings and weekly check-ins
• Build performance reports covering organic reach, engagement, ad spend, and conversions
• Manage WhatsApp communication with clients on day-to-day requests and approvals
• Coordinate with internal team (designer, reels editor, photographer) on shoot and content planning

Must-haves:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on social media management experience for real client brands
• Direct experience running Meta Ads campaigns (creating, optimizing, reporting)
• Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong writing skills, especially captions and short-form copy
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and basic analytics tools
• Comfortable being client-facing on calls and meetings
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately

• Experience with real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience
• Basic photography or content production skills
• Influencer collaboration and outreach experience
• Exposure to a creative agency or studio environment

Compensation structured as consolidated monthly stipend during probation. Confirmation salary reviewed at end of month 3 based on performance criteria shared in the offer letter.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
