You'll produce and post creative content, including graphics tailored for various social media platforms. You'll engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, fostering brand loyalty and connections. You'll track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. You'll stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our brand’s online presence fresh and relevant. You'll collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. You'll plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote our products, services, or initiatives. You'll establish and maintain the brand's voice and tone in all communications. You'll prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and campaign outcomes to stakeholders. What You Need to Bring: Soft Skills: Initiator and Collaborative Excellent English communication Strong organizational skills for multitasking effectively Creative thinker for innovative content strategies. Team player collaborating with marketing and design teams. Adaptability to stay updated on industry trends. Technical Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in social media handling. Expertise in creating highly engaging content. Ability to analyze metrics for content optimization. Background in graphic design and digital marketing is a plus. Tools You Should Know: Proficient in designing tools like Canva. Experience with AI tools. Familiarity with social media management tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking.
