Social Media Lead Generation Executive

Role Focus Find business owners on social media and online communities who need our services, start genuine conversations, and turn them into qualified leads. Success is measured by qualified conversations and leads, not by messages sent.

What You’ll Do

Direct outreach

• Send personalized LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook messages to business owners who match our target profile
• Comment on prospects’ posts before messaging, so the first message isn’t cold
• Send short, personalized audits (for example, what’s missing on their Instagram or ads) as a reason to start a conversation

Requirement hunting

• Search daily for posts like “need a digital marketing agency” or “looking for someone to run our ads” on LinkedIn, Facebook groups, X and Reddit, and reply first
• Set up saved searches and keyword alerts so new requirement posts are spotted within minutes
• Find companies hiring for marketing roles, and offer our agency as an alternative
• Spot business owners unhappy with their current agency or results, and offer help
• Watch for new business launches, store openings, funding news and rebrands, and reach out while the need is fresh

Communities & content

• Answer marketing questions in Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, Reddit and Quora with helpful, non-salesy replies
• Join local and industry business-owner communities and become a known, trusted name there
• Post short tips, results and case studies on LinkedIn to attract inbound enquiries

Referrals & tracking

• Build referral partnerships with related providers found on social media (web developers, designers, consultants)
• Log every conversation in the CRM or tracking sheet, follow up on time, and pass qualified leads to sales
• Report weekly on which platforms and methods bring the most leads

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
