About the Internship Programme

This Internship Programme offers a unique opportunity for aspiring digital professionals to gain hands-on experience in managing and growing social media pages. The intern will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the social media page, ranging from content creation to performance analysis, and learning the dynamics of digital campaigning and online audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create engaging posts using basic design tools like Canva and video editing tools like InShot, Capcut, or Alight Motion etc.
2. Manage the social media page end-to-end, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
3. Analyse post-performance, track reach, and plan the strategies to improve engagement.
4. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
5. Achieve defined growth targets for page reach and followers.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Proficiency in social media management.
2. Ability to create and edit posts using basic design and video editing tools like Canva, InShot, Capcut, Alight Motion, etc.
3. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content performance metrics.
4. Sharp knowledge of the Indian Political landscape and demographics.
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
