Position : SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN Location : Dehradun- Uttarakhand Responsibilities: -Manage and optimize social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora. -Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging. -Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime. -Grow our social media following by increasing followers, likes, shares, and comments -Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on all social media platforms -Collaborate with the content team to share website content on social media platforms. -Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.) to optimize content and improve performance. -Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Requirements: -2+ years of experience in social media marketing and management. -Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement. -Excellent content creation and curation skills. -Strong understanding of social media algorithms and advertising platforms. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. -Excellent communication, writing, and graphic design skills. -Familiarity with social media management tools (Hoot suite, Sprout Social, etc.). Nice to Have: -Experience with video editing and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud). -Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search engines. -Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
