Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Advisory Manager, you will play a crucial role in balancing increased marketing complexity and diminishing resources. Your primary focus will be to enhance marketing performance by leveraging your deep functional and technical expertise. You will accelerate time-to-market and drive operational efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services, and Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Key Responsibilities: - Create and design Digital Marketing Ads & Promotions - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects relying on digital tools and technologies - Manage tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels for successful project outcomes in the digital realm Qualifications Required: - 13 to 18 years of experience in Marketing Operations with expertise in Social Media Influencer Marketing - Proficiency in Sprinklr or Dash Hudson tools - Industry experience in Retail, CPG, FPCG, Consumer Goods, or ecommerce will be preferred In this role, you will own operational performance reporting and provide valuable insights and recommendations to the client. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of high-quality delivery, training, and compliance within the team. Additionally, you will offer thought leadership on streamlining workflows, effective tool usage, and maintaining governance. As the primary escalation point for critical issues, delays, or crisis scenarios, you will ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution. Furthermore, your roles and responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end delivery framework for social media publishing operations across brands and markets - Defining and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), SLAs, quality controls, and best practices - Collaborating with global and local client teams to understand business needs, volume forecasts, and campaign priorities - Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure day-to-day operations" smooth functioning - Leading resourcing plans, capacity forecasting, and team scalability as the scope expands Please note that the location for this role is Mumbai, and no relocation is available.,
