Job Summary: Social Media & Brand Content Manager (Luxury Fashion, Lucknow)

About the Role & Brand

• Company: Sayora, a newly launched luxury women's fashion brand in Lucknow.
• Role Focus: Dynamic content creator who will be the face of the brand and manage all social media channels.
• Location: On-site in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred location for commute/relocation: Jankipuram Extension).
• Job Type: Full-time, in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face: Model luxury outfits and represent Sayora in all digital content.
• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging visuals (Reels, Stories, photoshoots).
• Platform Management: Post daily on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Engagement: Interact with followers, manage influencer collaborations, and support PR events.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives in both English and Hindi.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month (Fixed Salary, based on experience).

Required Candidate Profile

• Demographic: Female candidate, 24–30 years old, with a strong on-camera presence.
• Experience: Prior experience (1 year preferred) in fashion, boutique, or luxury content creation and social media management.
• Skills:
• Strong on-camera presence.
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut (or similar editing tools).
• Creative copywriting ability (English + Hindi).
• Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends.
• Strong communication skills
