Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Design creative social media posts, banners, and promotional content using tools like Canva.
• Write engaging captions, descriptions, and relevant hashtags for social media posts.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and growth.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the internal team for content requirements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good communication and content-writing skills.
• Knowledge of Canva or other graphic designing tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
• Creative thinking and an eye for visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
