Social Media Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-oriented Social Media Content Creator to create engaging digital content and grow our brands' presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Preference

Candidates currently working with a consumer brand that actively uses social media for marketing and audience engagement will be preferred. Proven, hands-on experience in shooting and editing reels and videos, designing social media creatives, and managing social media content calendars. Experience identifying, contacting, and coordinating with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations. Practical knowledge of AI tools for generating content ideas, writing scripts and captions, creating images and videos, and enhancing creative assets. Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva, along with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms, will be an advantage. Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video formats, content performance metrics, and audience growth strategies. Creative, proactive, organised, and results-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (or higher) degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or related fields.

• Maximum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates must be able to share a portfolio or examples of reels, videos, posters, or social media campaigns they have created.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Creating and editing reels for Shorts: 3 years (Preferred)
• Designing posters, social media creatives, or carousels: 3 years (Preferred)
• Social media content calendar and publishing schedule: 3 years (Preferred)
• Coordinating with influencers: 3 years (Preferred)
