- Ensure strong digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Channels, and X (Twitter)

- Focus on real-time responsiveness, storytelling, audience growth, and traffic conversion

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily content planning, posting, and performance tracking across platforms

- Post breaking news, anchor videos, shows, explainers, and live coverage in real time

- Adapt tone and style for each platform while ensuring brand consistency

- Publish news with strong CTAs, clickable headlines, and website referral links

- Use native formats (reels, carousels, quote cards, videos) for promotion

- Write and publish error-free content with high editorial standards

- Craft captions, hashtags, and headlines for discoverability

- Identify viral/high-performing content to replicate and scale

Tools expertise:

- Meta Business Suite, X Live cut, Canva, and AI image/video generation and AI Editing tolls

- Familiarity with daily news cycles, elections, live events, high-pressure environments

- Knowledge of content sensitivities, compliance, and political context

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent Hindi & English writing skills (captions, headlines, grammar)

- Proven ability to convert posts into website traffic
