Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for creative content, and a good understanding of the IT and tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) aligned with brand and business goals.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and tech-related topics to keep our content relevant.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
• Assist in paid ad campaigns and boosting posts as needed.
• Support employer branding, product launches, events, and recruitment campaigns through social media.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media in a professional environment (preferably in the IT or tech sector).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Ability to handle multiple platforms and deadlines efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
