Job Description

We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who can build and scale our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. If you live and breathe reels, trends, and meme culture, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Own DACBY’s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Plan, script, and produce reels and short-form videos (you’ll often be behind the camera, sometimes in front of it too).
Create engaging graphic content (eGC) — posts, stories, memes, and motion graphics.
Track trends and plug DACBY into relevant cultural moments in gaming and consumer tech.
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Work with the founder and design/video freelancers to push out high-quality, high-frequency content.
Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and foster real conversations.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
