About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive individual who can help us grow our digital presence and support business development activities.

The ideal candidate should enjoy creating engaging social media content, making reels, editing YouTube videos, designing social media posts, and communicating with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
• Edit YouTube videos and create long-form video content.
• Design social media creatives, posts, carousels and promotional banners.
• Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Research trending topics, content ideas and competitor activities.
• Maintain a consistent social media content calendar.

2. Video Editing & Creative Work

• Edit videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music and visual elements.
• Create engaging video hooks, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content.

3. Business Development

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Generate and follow up on business leads.
• Explain basic product features to prospective customers.
• Support marketing campaigns and customer acquisition activities.

Required Skills

• Good creativity and interest in social media.
• Basic video editing and graphic designing skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Good communication skills (Hindi and English).
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including AI-powered content creation tools.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

• Graduates from any stream.
• Candidates with a portfolio of reels, videos or social media designs will be preferred.
• Candidates who are creative, energetic and interested in digital marketing and business growth.
