About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can spot a trend before it trends, shoot it before it's cold, and turn it into a Reel before anyone else has even thought about it. If "just one more take" is basically your love language, keep reading.

What You'll Do :

• Shoot on-ground content independently for clients, events, and campaigns.
• Come equipped with an iPhone and the ability to handle shoots independently.
• Edit engaging Reels using VN, CapCut, or Instagram Edits.
• Identify emerging trends and turn them into timely, engaging content.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and brand managers to bring creative briefs to life.
• Step in front of the camera when the content needs a face, not just a voice.
• Manage a social media page, from content creation to audience growth.
• Track Instagram Insights and content performance to understand what works and why.
• Travel to other cities for shoots and events whenever required.

Who We're Looking For :

• 1+ year of experience in social media or content creation. Candidates with strong internship experience and a solid portfolio are also welcome.
• Confident in shooting content independently using an iPhone.
• Hands-on experience editing short-form videos and Instagram Reels.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, trends, storytelling, and what makes people stop, watch, engage, and share.
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to turn a brief into an idea without step-by-step instructions.
• Curious about analytics and understanding why certain content performs better than others.
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Telugu.
• Flexible with working hours, including late-night shoots, and open to travelling when required.
• Adaptable across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and F&B.
• A personal content page or portfolio showcasing your work is a plus.

Why You'll Enjoy This Role :

• Work across a variety of industries, with a new story and creative challenge every week.
• Get exposure to high-energy events and brands like CRED AI and SIIMA, building a portfolio that stands out.
• Be part of a collaborative team that's open to ideas and encourages creative freedom.
• Take ownership of shoots, edits, and social media pages from day one.
• Get opportunities to learn new skills and grow within a fast-moving digital marketing agency.

Kindly refrain from applying if you:

• Are unable to shoot and edit content independently
• Are not comfortable appearing on camera
• Do not understand or speak Telugu
