Requirement:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: You should be a clear, effective, and engaging communicator in the English language

• Fluency in spoken Tamil is a mandatory requirement for this position. (MUST)

• Empathy and Patience: The ability to listen actively and provide compassionate support is essential.
• Strong Listening Skills: A genuine interest in understanding their concerns and helping others to improve.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Must be able to conduct high-quality audio and video calls.

Responsibilities:

• Lead one-on-one sessions with users on the askk app, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and confidence.
• Utilise your natural conversational skills to create a supportive and engaging environment.
• Actively listen to users with patience, provide them empathy, & a healthy environment to build confidence.
• Sessions are conducted via audio or video call within the app and are fully moderated to ensure a secure and safe experience for everyone.
