Snr. Product Designer

Role Overview: You will be working closely with design leadership, product managers, marketers, and developers at TresVista's technology product unit, Descrial, to design innovative investment research technology. Your role will involve optimizing user experience across web and app interfaces, branding, and marketing collateral. As a designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design stack and creating intuitive solutions for investment work. This opportunity allows you to contribute to a product aimed at disrupting the private equity industry and be involved in all aspects of tech product design. Key Responsibilities: - Develop user journeys based on research and customer behavior analysis - Create UI mockups, wireframes, animations, flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes to illustrate new app features and web interfaces - Collaborate with the Product team to design seamless in-app user experiences aligned with user needs and product uniqueness - Ensure adherence to style standards for typography and graphic design - Embrace an iterative mindset, continuously improving designs based on user feedback - Conduct user interviews and online research to define and understand user personas - Actively participate in business and product discussions - Implement front-end development of responsive UI solutions with good coding practices - Provide meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, and technical design documents - Utilize UX design best practices, including responsive design, data protection, and security principles in a tech product environment - Apply knowledge of human interaction design and strive for a balance between functionality and aesthetics - Proficiency in design and graphical tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software - Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma - Experience in Agile development environments Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in a Design-related field from a premier design institution (NIFT/NID) - 5+ years of experience with Figma or similar software (Note: Additional details about TresVista's services and employee count were omitted as they were not specified in the provided job description.),
