Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Cook located in Kupwara. The Head Cook will manage kitchen operations, oversee meal preparation, ensure food quality and presentation, and develop menus that cater to a variety of preferences. Responsibilities also include maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and coordinating with suppliers for quality ingredients. The role requires strong leadership skills and ensures guest satisfaction through culinary excellence. Qualifications Expertise in menu planning, recipe development, and cooking techniques Strong skills in food safety protocols, quality control, and inventory management Experience in team management, staff coordination, and training Knowledge of diverse cuisines and the ability to create customized dishes Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities Formal culinary training or certification is preferred Prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry
