Job Summary: The Lead Generation Specialist & CRM Executive will play a key role in driving Smart Gaz’s B2B growth by identifying, qualifying, and managing new leads from the hospitality, restaurant, and kitchen equipment sectors. The ideal candidate will manage outreach campaigns, maintain CRM data accuracy, and coordinate with sales teams to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, Just Dial, India MART, trade directories, and local business networks. Target restaurants, hotels, cafés, caterers, LPG distributors, and commercial kitchen equipment dealers. Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to introduce Smart Gaz’s LPG safety solutions. Schedule product demos and coordinate with field sales or distributors for follow-ups. Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads and track lead-to-deal progress. 🔹 CRM Management Manage and update all leads and customer data in the CRM (Zoho / HubSpot / Freshworks). Categorize leads by region, segment, and status (e.g., Hot, Warm, Cold). Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and activity logs in the CRM system. Generate weekly CRM performance and lead status reports for management. 🔹 Collaboration & Marketing Coordination Work closely with the marketing team to run digital campaigns, WhatsApp automation, and regional dealer promotions. Support the sales team with lead intelligence and appointment scheduling. Gather and report customer feedback from restaurant managers, chefs, and gas suppliers to improve market strategy. 🔹 Analysis & Reporting Track and report the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify high-performing regions, industries, or keywords. Prepare insights and suggest improvements for targeting and engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or CRM operations. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce / Fresh sales). Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi). Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen equipment sectors is an advantage. Excellent MS Excel and Google Sheets skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with India MART, Trade India, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Just Dial, or Google My Business for business prospecting. Knowledge of LPG distribution, fire safety, or commercial kitchen solutions. Comfort with using automation tools for email/WhatsApp outreach. Target-driven mindset with strong reporting discipline.
