Department – Affiliate Sales Experience – 2–4 Years Job Location – Mumbai/ Delhi /Bangalore (WFH) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Manager to drive the growth of affiliate campaigns in India and the MENA region . The ideal candidate will be responsible for demand generation, campaign execution, validation, and payment follow-ups while building strong client relationships and ensuring successful campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Identify and evaluate opportunities within India and MENA markets for affiliate campaigns. Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Client Acquisition & Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners in India and MENA. Negotiate contracts and agreements to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Demand Generation, Campaign Development & Execution: Drive demand generation for affiliate campaigns and collaborate with clients to design campaigns aligned with specific objectives. Execute, validate, and optimize campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Revenue Growth & Payment Management: Meet and exceed revenue targets by expanding the client base and enhancing campaign performance. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Ensure timely payment follow-ups and coordination with clients. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and analytics for seamless campaign delivery. Share feedback to improve campaign strategies and product offerings. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, campaign performance, and market insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
