Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Design and test creatives (in collaboration with the design team) for various objectives (awareness, traffic, leads, sales). Monitor platform algorithms and apply best practices for ad performance. Analytics & Reporting: Analyse performance data and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align paid strategies with overall digital goals. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking to evaluate success metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns. Google Ads Certification is a strong plus. Solid knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Proficiency with tools like SEMrush or other campaign research platforms is a plus. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong copywriting instincts.
