About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and highly responsible Project Coordinator to lead the establishment of our new Operations under the umbrella of our well-established Tour & Travel Company in Malappuram. The role also encompasses managing the accounts and financial operations of our ongoing travel business. This is a dual-role position requiring strong project management, compliance handling, and accounting expertise. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination (New Operation Setup) End-to-end coordination of the business division establishment. Identify, evaluate, and finalize office premises; manage rent/lease agreements. Handle documentation and liaise with authorities for approvals and licenses. Prepare and submit applications for new division License from the local bodies and the ministries. Accounting & Financial Management (Existing Travel Business) Manage day-to-day accounts of the travel and tourism division. Handle bookkeeping, vouchers, reconciliations, and ledgers. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with auditors. Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: B. Com (mandatory) and MBA (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, business setup, or operations management, along with strong accounting knowledge. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of statutory and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Office. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage dual responsibilities efficiently.
