Role Overview As a Sales Associate at SkillsMarathon, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and help them choose the most suitable skill-based programs. Your role is consultative, learner-focused, and outcome-driven rather than aggressive selling. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Connect with inbound leads generated through website, campaigns, and inquiries. •⁠ ⁠Understand learner goals, background, and skill gaps. •⁠ ⁠Counsel prospects on suitable programs, learning paths, and outcomes. •⁠ ⁠Explain course structure, pricing, timelines, and certification value. •⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with marketing and program teams to improve conversions. •⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate lead and interaction records. Who We’re Looking For •⁠ ⁠Strong communication and counselling skills. •⁠ ⁠Experience or interest in EdTech, training, or skill-development sales. •⁠ ⁠Ability to explain career outcomes, not just course features. •⁠ ⁠A learner-first, consultative sales mindset. •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with follow-ups, objections, and closing conversations. •⁠ ⁠Prior experience in EdTech or course sales is preferred but not mandatory.
