Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Communication Executive, based in Kozhikode. The Client Communication Executive will manage client relationships, follow up clients , manage relationships with our clients, work with social media team and develop strategic communication materials. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to address client concerns, maintaining consistent communication, and preparing reports and presentations as required. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Strategic Communications Experience in Writing and drafting Press Releases Willingness to learn and exposure to external communication activities Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools Bachelor's degree Experience in customer relationship management or a related role is an advantage
