Job Description: Fulltime: Onsite Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Agency experience mandatory We are seeking a versatile and proactive Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, the digital marketing and production teams, website developers , influencers, and the sales team. This role requires hands-on involvement across digital marketing execution, production coordination, website coordination, influencer coordination, client servicing, reporting, and sales support. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of all services across social media, SEO, performance marketing, website-related activities, and influencer campaigns . Plan, create, and maintain monthly social media calendars , including basic copywriting and Canva-based creatives. Coordinate production activities such as script preparation , collaboration with designers, and scheduling posts and reels across social media platforms. Coordinate with website developers to ensure all website-related tasks, updates, and projects are completed within agreed timelines . Shortlist and coordinate with influencers based on client requirements, campaign objectives, budget, and brand fit. Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams (developers, designers, marketers) to track progress, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures. Support the sales team during closures and final client meetings , including preparation of PowerPoint presentations when required. Manage monthly retainer collections , identify opportunities to upsell additional services , and earn incentives for successful upsells. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance and progress reports with clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication. Conduct monthly in-person client meetings ; candidates must have their own vehicle for travel. Communicate professionally and fluently in English ; knowledge of Hindi and Kannada will be a strong advantage. Use and manage CRM and invoicing tools such as Salesforce, TeleCRM, Zoho CRM , and Zoho Books (for invoicing); prior experience is a plus. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing , with exposure to social media management, SEO, performance marketing, website coordination, influencer marketing, and client reporting. Proven experience in shortlisting influencers , evaluating engagement metrics, audience relevance, and campaign alignment. Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, content calendars, and campaign execution. Proven ability to coordinate with developers, designers, influencers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines. Experience in preparing and presenting structured reports for clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Experience in sales, client closures, or upselling additional services is a strong plus. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that blends client servicing, reporting, creative coordination, website management, influencer execution, and sales support .
