Hiring: Skilled / Semi-Skilled Workers & Helpers – Manufacturing Plant Location : Bhayander Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 0–3 Years (Freshers may apply for Helper position) Open Positions : Skilled Worker / Operator (CNC Coiling / Wire Forming Machines) Semi-Skilled Worker (Assembly, Packing, Handling Wire Products) Helper / General Labour (Loading, Unloading, Basic Support Work) Responsibilities : Machine Operation (For Skilled/Semi-Skilled) Wire Product Handling, Coiling, and Forming (Training Provided) Material Loading / Unloading Cleaning & Maintenance of Work Area Assisting Senior Operators and Technicians Requirements : For Skilled/Semi-Skilled : Experience in spring/wire product industry or metal manufacturing preferred (CNC Machine knowledge is a plus) For Helpers : No prior experience required — training will be provided Physically fit and ready to handle production tasks Willingness to learn new machinery and production processes Punctual, Disciplined & Hardworking What We Offer : Attractive Salary Package (As per experience) Overtime / Bonus Facilities Subsidized Canteen / Tea Facility On-the-Job Training (For Freshers & Helpers) Job Stability & Growth Opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Joining bonus Overtime pay Work Location: In person
