Sketching Faculty

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sketching Faculty responsible for training students across traditional and digital art mediums. The role focuses on building strong pre-production skills such as drawing, anatomy, painting, character design, and storyboard foundations. The faculty will mentor students and prepare them for successful careers in animation, gaming, VFX, and design industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classes in sketching, drawing, painting, and related art fundamentals.
• Train students in character anatomy, freehand sketching, storyboard basics, and visual development
• Guide and mentor students throughout their creative learning journey.
• Conduct evaluations, assignments, and portfolio reviews to track student progress
• Stay updated with latest design trends, art techniques, and animation pre-production tools.
• Ensure the curriculum is aligned with current industry standards.
• Work closely with other faculty members to develop content and enhance learning outcomes
• Coordinate with management for academic planning and supporting creative business strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts is compulsory.
• Additional qualification in Animation, Multimedia, or Graphic Arts is preferred.

Experience:

• 1–4 years of prior teaching experience or industry experience in drawing/sketching/animation pre-production.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital painting/sketching tools (essential for teaching digital art).
• Strong foundation in sketching, anatomy, perspective, color theory, and pre-production skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹1,500.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
