Role Overview: As an experienced and dedicated tax lawyer at Coeli, you will play a crucial role in offering sophisticated tax advice to our affluent clients, entrepreneurs, Family Offices, and companies. Your responsibilities will include providing specialized tax advice related to corporations, asset management, real estate, business transactions, generational shifts, international tax issues, etc. You will collaborate closely with our advisors and other specialists to ensure comprehensive solutions for our clients. Developing and deepening relationships with both existing and new clients and partners will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, staying updated on relevant tax areas and contributing with specialist knowledge during client meetings and internal training sessions will be essential. Your participation in strategic client meetings will ensure that tax advice aligns with the clients" long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide sophisticated tax advice related to corporations, asset management, real estate, business transactions, generational shifts, international tax issues, etc. - Collaborate closely with advisors and specialists to ensure holistic solutions for clients. - Develop and deepen relationships with existing and new clients and partners. - Stay updated on relevant tax areas and contribute specialist knowledge during client meetings and internal training. - Participate in strategic client meetings to align tax advice with clients" long-term goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience as a tax lawyer, preferably in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or from auditing and law firms. - Degree in Law from a university. - Solid knowledge of Swedish tax law and preferably international tax law. - Experience working with affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies. - Strong business understanding and analytical skills. - Developed network in finance and tax areas is advantageous. - Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
