As an experienced and dedicated tax lawyer, you will join the Wealth Management team at Coeli in Stockholm. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert tax advice to our affluent clients, entrepreneurs, Family Offices, and companies. In this role, you will act as a key player bridging the gap between our Wealth Managers and clients, always striving to develop the most effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing qualified tax advice on various areas such as corporate taxation, asset management, real estate, business transactions, generational transfers, international tax issues, among others. You will closely collaborate with advisors and other specialists to ensure comprehensive solutions for clients. Developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and new clients and partners will be essential. Staying updated on relevant tax matters and sharing specialized knowledge during client meetings and internal training sessions will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will participate in strategic client meetings to ensure that tax advice aligns with clients" long-term goals. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a tax lawyer, preferably in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or from a reputable audit or law firm. A degree in law from a university is required, along with solid knowledge of Swedish tax law and preferably international tax law. Experience working with affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies is essential. Strong business acumen and analytical skills are crucial, along with a well-established network in the financial and tax sector being advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written, are necessary.
