Worst service. I was purchased one plot but they are holding my registration for 2 to 3 months. The rate of registration is higher than purchased land. Comparing with other companies. Skandhanshi is very very poor to satisfy their clients. …

Bad experience investing in Skanda project Business park. Stay away from their projects in Kurnool. Not reliable people especially the management. They promise a lot before purchase but will not fulfill after purchase is completed.
