Increasing market share by given set of existing accounts Preparing, organizing, and presenting organization’s diverse capabilities Providing analysis and information on sales forecasts, new business, and budget preparation Key responsibilities in this role: Identify and develop corrugated box sales in Pharmaceutical, Food Product Manufacturing, RO Plant manufacturer, Engineering Units, Textile Product Exporters etc.. Industries Establish and maintain customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact. Investigate and resolve customer concerns by getting in touch with packing team. Accurately and efficiently manage all sales inquiries in a timely manner. ● Increase business by developing rapport and deepening existing customer relationships. ● Identify potential customers and develop strong relationships with all of them, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders in entire organization. ● Manage the sales with the focus on maximizing revenues in timely, reliable and consistent basis. ● Responsible for analyzing sales trend for devising and implementing strategies for achieving targets. ● Profitable business growth with strategic accounts’ priority by developing and successfully implementing Key Account Plans. ● To justify all responsibility as one point of contact for assigned customers. ● To Make sure clients receive all quote, samples & ordered products in a timely fashion. ● Keep records of client transactions and Forecasts and tracks client account metrics ● Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. ● Study the competitors and plan and execute the marketing strategy accordingly. ● Identify the market competitors working with our existing customer and build strategies to strengthen our hold and replace the existing vendors. ● Develop and maintain strong hold on customer. ● Establish a professional, working and consultative relationship with the client, including the C- level by developing a core understanding of their All Packaging needs. ● Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) ● Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure ● Prepare quotations, invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping ● Monitor and negotiate rate & terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective buying ● Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible ● Coordinating arrangements, personal meetings, conferences as assigned. ● Daily record keeping and filing of documents. ● Creating and organizing information and generating reference tools for easy use. ● Answering and screening telephone calls, responding to emails, messages and other correspondence. ● Operating and maintaining all testing equipment. ● Managing a busy calendar, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. ● Daily follow-up with first layer staff at Factory including transport team Sale / Purchase Entries in Excel Stock / Inventory & Order entries in Excel Verifying Tally & other production data with Factory Staff everyday Interaction with Customer & CA for any queries if required Getting all account / GST related work done with Part-time Senior Accountant
