Six Sigma Black Belt

• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects across RCM functions such as Front-End, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, and Payment Posting.
• Analyze revenue leakage, denial trends, underpayments, and write-offs to improve cash flow and collections.
• Drive process improvements to reduce A/R days, denial rates, rework, and claim rejection percentages.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using Six Sigma tools (Fishbone, Pareto, FMEA, Control Charts).
• Standardize workflows and develop SOPs, SLAs, and control plans to ensure sustained performance.
• Work closely with RCM Operations, Coding, Quality, Compliance, IT, and Client stakeholders.
• Implement automation, RPA, and system enhancements in collaboration with IT and EMR/PMS teams.
• Conduct process audits, quality reviews, and performance dashboards
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, payer policies, and coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Drive continuous improvement culture and change management across RCM operations.
