Job Description: National Sales Manager - AIDC - PAN India Company: SIVA Inotec Ltd. Department : Sales & Business Development Work Location : Remote Industry : AIDC / RFID / Smart Labels / Wristbands / Industrial Printing Solutions Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to meet company targets. Drive B2B sales across verticals such as healthcare and Amusement sectors. Identify and onboard system integrators, channel partners, and OEMs across India. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop customer-specific solutions. Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote SIVA Inotecs offerings. Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates, and revenue performance. Build and manage a strong sales teams across India. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent. MBA preferred. 712 years of relevant sales experience in AIDC, RFID, barcoding, or industrial identification solutions. Strong technical knowledge of RFID tags, barcode systems, mobility devices, and printing consumables. Experience handling key accounts, institutional clients, and system integrators across India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven track record of achieving national-level sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively across the country. Preferred Skills: Experience in selling to healthcare institutions, Amusement Parks, and manufacturing clients. Familiarity with global AIDC brands. Knowledge of regulatory or compliance requirements related to labelling, identification, and tracking.
