• • Experience: 3 to 5 Years
• • Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• • Working Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• • Petrol Allowance: As per km (reimbursed every 15 days)
• • Language Requirement: Hindi-speaking candidate needed

Job Summary

The Senior Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and timely completion of construction projects. The role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting project planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• • Supervise and manage all construction site personnel.
• • Delegate tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• • Identify and manage potential safety hazards on-site.
• • Ensure all workers follow health and safety regulations and wear proper PPE.
• • Organize daily and weekly work schedules.
• • Verify correct and safe work techniques.
• • Manage orders and deliveries of materials.
• • Assist project managers with planning work activities.
• • Prepare site reports and maintain documentation.
• • Hold site meetings and coordinate with architects and contractors.
• • Represent the company professionally at all site interactions.

Skills & Requirements

• • Strong leadership and team management skills.
• • Good communication skills (Hindi required; Tamil preferred).
• • Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• • Strong problem-solving skills.
• • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
