Site Supervisor - Interior Works

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate all interior site activities, ensuring timely execution of works as per design, quality standards, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily interior work at site such as carpentry, painting, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and finishing activities.
• Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of materials and works.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update the project manager.
• Inspect and verify materials received on site as per BOQ and specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, material records, and site photographs.
• Ensure that site safety protocols are followed by all workers and subcontractors.
• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinate between design, purchase, and execution teams.
• Monitor the performance of labourers and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and discuss next steps.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
