Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Overview:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in interior works to manage on-site activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor material delivery, usage, and site inventory.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Track project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
• Identify issues on site and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of interior tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, methods, and finishing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
