Job Description

Profile -

"Site Supervisor"

 Working Days - Mon to Sat  Working Timings - 10AM to 7PM 

Key Responsibilities

Site Management: Supervise daily operations, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Direct and motivate teams of contractors, labor, and site staff; foster teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively.
Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality checks on construction, finishing, and installation works; ensure adherence to client expectations.
Coordination & Communication: Act as the bridge between clients, project managers, designers, and vendors to align on progress and resolve challenges.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure safe working practices, conduct tool-box talks, and maintain compliance with statutory safety norms.
Material & Resource Management: Monitor and control material inflow, usage, and wastage; coordinate timely procurement requests.
Progress Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly site reports covering work progress, manpower deployment, materials, and issues.
Client Engagement: Maintain professional interaction with clients, address site queries, and support project handovers with high client satisfaction.Interested candidate can share  updated resume on whatsapp
