Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Coimbatore Experience: 1 to 3 Years Gender: Male Job Type: Full-time Preferred Joining: Immediate or within 15 days Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure timely project execution. Coordinate with workers, vendors, and contractors for smooth operations. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain daily site logs, checklists, and status reports. Communicate project updates effectively to the management. Ensure timely availability of materials and manpower. Handle minor troubleshooting and problem-solving at the site level. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of relevant site supervision experience. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Strong communication skills (verbal and written in Tamil & English). Ability to manage site workers and deal with vendors. Basic technical knowledge related to the industry. Must be proactive, punctual, and responsible.
