Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor Fresher | Civil Construction | Kochi

1. Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer in

  day-to-day site supervision

  of apartment construction works.
• Monitor labour activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions.
• Check

  quality of materials and workmanship

  at site.
• Take daily measurements and maintain

  site records, progress reports and checklists

  .
• Coordinate with labour contractors and workers for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor daily work progress against the project schedule.
• Assist in checking

  RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works

  .
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to

  site safety procedures

  .
• Report site issues, delays, material requirements and quality concerns to the Site Engineer.
• Learn and develop practical knowledge of

  residential apartment construction and project management

  .

2. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers

  with Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
• Candidates with

  02 years of experience

  may also apply.
• Good basic understanding of

  civil construction and building drawings

  .
• Willingness to work at an active construction site and learn practical construction methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be

  disciplined, punctual and responsible

  .
• Ability to work with labourers and contractors and follow instructions from senior engineers.
• Basic knowledge of

  AutoCAD / MS Excel

  will be an advantage.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Candidates from

  Ernakulam/Kochi and nearby areas

  preferred.
