This is a full-time position tailored for BTech Civil freshers with up to three years of experience. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and meeting scheduled timelines. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for drafting and design purposes (Mandatory skill). In-depth understanding of construction site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment (Mandatory skill). Experience in construction scheduling to manage project timelines effectively (Mandatory skill). Knowledge of Primavera P6 for advanced project management and scheduling tasks. Ability to implement project management techniques to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects. Expertise in quality control to ensure construction activities meet required standards and specifications. Familiarity with Microsoft Project for efficient project planning and tracking progress. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints to guide construction teams accurately. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise and oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure construction plans are executed accurately. Coordinate with subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project progress and report status updates to senior management. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work complies with blueprints and specifications. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements relevant to construction projects.
