Site Installation Supervisor (Furniture)

As a Site Installation Supervisor (Furniture), you will be responsible for overseeing furniture installation projects at various client locations. Your role will involve coordinating site activities, supervising installation teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily site installation activities for furniture projects. - Ensure furniture is installed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Manage and guide installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors on site. - Monitor progress to meet timelines and deadlines. - Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, space layouts, and installation readiness. - Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations. - Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients for smooth execution. - Maintain documentation of work progress, materials used, and manpower deployment. - Perform final quality checks and hand over the site to clients. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (minimum of 3-5 years) in furniture installation/site supervision. - Strong knowledge of furniture assembly, carpentry, and installation techniques. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and layout plans. - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Willingness to travel and work at different project sites. - Diploma/ITI in Civil/Interior/Carpentry or related field preferred.
