Full Time
Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per drawings and standards.
• Oversee piling, concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing works.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare site reports.
• Coordinate with Planning, QS, and Procurement departments for resource planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence on site.
• Verify bar bending schedules, formwork, and alignment before concreting.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure smooth execution of site works.
• Handle steel structure erection works (bolting, leveling, welding) when applicable.
• Maintain site logs, inspection reports, and material usage records. • Assist QA/QC teams during inspections and NCR closures.
• Bachelors / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 26 years of site execution experience (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
• Strong expertise in piling and foundation works.
• Experience in steel structure erection is an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for site coordination.
