Job Description

Role can exist in Market, Market Unit and Country level Applies under supervision the priorities established by the Project Managers or Senior Site Engineering Specialist in his / her deployment project by managing efficiently the assigned site engineering tasks and delivered material as well as ensuring that the technical documentation is properly created and submitted e.g., technical site survey report, as-build documentation purposes. Carries out work according to prescribed procedures, following detailed instructions and guidelines using judgment in straightforward situations typically selecting from defined alternatives. Project Delivery Phase: Updates and amends site solution technical designs and installation planning guidelines for project implementation during delivery according to project stakeholder inputs. Supports Site Material Manager and project logistics in preparing project product and material requirements and demand plans Amends site survey documentation, site-specific documentation, implementation guidelines, site activities and acceptance process in collaboration with Senior Site Engineering, Project Delivery Manager and Technical Manager Support Field Force on telecom Implementation is completed according to Nokia site processes, NOLS and site engineering guideline documentation. Including technical training and competence development activities for subcontractors. Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge. Typically, 3-7 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree. Technical Project Managers, Technical Managers, Project Managers, Customer Teams, GSDM, GDM, xBG Engineers, Market Governance lead, Line Manager, Cluster Lead Individual Contributor: Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving. Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work. Managerial/Supervisory: May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments.
