Site Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Site Engineer in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. You coordinate daily with contractors, vendors and project managers to ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed and maintain accurate daily site reports and material records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise all on-site construction, erection and installation activities including formwork, reinforcement, concreting, structural steel assembly and MEP integration.
2. Monitor and track work progress against approved shop drawings, GA drawings, method statements and project schedule using daily progress reports and earned value metrics.
3. Coordinate closely with contractors, specialist vendors, structural consultants, MEP designers and project managers to resolve site technical queries and interface issues.
4. Conduct rigorous quality inspections, material testing and verification to ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes, contract documents and approved QA/QC plans.
5. Prepare, update and submit detailed daily site reports, material reconciliation statements, RFIs, NCRs, as-built drawings and quantity measurement records.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Project with ability to interpret complex structural and architectural drawings.
3. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, geotechnical practices, concrete technology, steel erection and construction methodologies.
4. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in site supervision of large-scale civil, structural and experiential installation projects.
5. Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, quality control processes, material testing protocols and relevant IS codes.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on complex, high-value experiential and immersive projects.
