Roles and Responsibilities Ensure site engineering activities are carried out according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards. Oversee site supervision and execution of civil works, including earthworks, excavation, foundation laying, and concrete finishing. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control measures and safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of tasks within budget constraints. Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials used, and labor hours worked. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in civil construction or related field (site engineering). Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders (contractors, clients). Ability to work independently on-site during extended periods.
