Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our projects in Guntur, who will also take on partial Business Development (BDM) responsibilities. The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining project timelines while also tracking and reporting new hospital developments in the region. Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision Duties:Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor material usage and maintain inventory control. Ensure quality checks at every stage of construction. Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to management. Business Development Duties:Identify and track new hospital projects and medical facilities in Guntur and surrounding areas. Establish and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, architects, and real estate developers. Provide timely updates on potential leads for hospital infrastructure projects. Support business development efforts by gathering market intelligence and networking within the medical sector. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in commercial or healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication and networking skills. Ability to travel within Guntur and nearby locations. Basic understanding of business development in the healthcare infrastructure sector is a plus.
